Agriculture Risk Coverage: Success!
ARC (the Agriculture Risk Coverage program) was introduced in the 2014 Farm Bill as a way for farmers to manage crop production and price risks. According to the USDA, nationwide, 96% of soybean farms, 91% of corn farms, and 66% of wheat farms elected ARC-County. 76% of all base elected ARC-County.
